pretty wild flowers
and tall grasses
and friendly feathers
must the moment come
when I must leave
for civilised routines
where flowers are cultivated
and grasses are mown
and feathers preen
must the moment come
when I must pretend
to like
the masked ball

Haha! I loved the ending.
it would be so much better if those moments never came........
Wild flowers are the best kind!
I love this - would rather have a wild woods than a palace ball any old time!!
